• Understand surgeon’s practice structure, team roles, and expertise
• Discuss how to effectively work together as referrals
• Discuss your plan with the surgeon for restoring your own patient cases for the course
• Each dentist may attend own patients’ implant placement at surgeon’s practice

Outline partner with dental laboratory:

• Team introduction and roles
• Discuss goals, processes, and needs for creating an effective referral relationship and ensuring optimal care of your shared patients.
• View one or more of your own course patient restorations being fabricated by the lab
• Discuss the status, plans and next steps for restoring your own course patient cases.

Outline Lecture/hands-on:

• Introduction and purpose
• Roles of each team member and how to increase teamwork for successful clinical outcomes
• Review restorative processes and materials to complete full arch
• Intensive hands-on full arch restorative exercises
• Dialogue with the group about cases pending restoration, continue mentoring, and ensuring confidence to complete cases.

Self-Guided:

• Attendee to partner closely with Zest Practicum Laboratory while fabricating final restorations and completing their own cases.
• Attendees engage with host surgeon, lab and Zest dental support team
• Attendees complete three-five (or more) full arch removable and fixed restorations to ensure confidence and proficiency during the program.
• Laboratory to attend one or more appointments with the dentist attendee while their patient restorations are completed/seated in practice.
